Portfolio Marketing Clients

Typical client relationships for the Portfolio Marketing group are established within the Marketing department of companies with large or growing portfolios (consumer or business). The Portfolio Marketing group typically acquires, manages, and analyzes customer and/or portfolio data, identifies practical business intelligence from this analysis, and assists clients in implementing customized solutions that increase their marketing ROI and overall customer or portfolio profitability. Often this work is done in support of monthly marketing campaigns and includes target model development, lead selection, campaign reporting, and contact management.

This group also engages in analytics to support other strategic initiatives. Portfolio Marketing’s client relationships are typically characterized by a very high touch, integrated, customer-centric approach within annual or multi-year commitments.
